Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments must be completed before campaign processing begins unless otherwise agreed. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly communicated before the campaign starts.

Content Ownership

Clients receive the agreed usage rights for the delivered content as specified during the booking. Influencers retain ownership of their original creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Media Brizz reserves the right to showcase completed campaigns for promotional purposes unless restricted by a separate agreement.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Once an influencer has started working on a campaign, refunds may not be available except where required by law or approved by Media Brizz.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, text, and software are the property of Media Brizz or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Media Brizz acts as a platform connecting brands and influencers. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
